Review: (#1) There is perhaps too much empty space, but the images used create a nice balance, building on one another, introducing characters and giving a small amount of flavor. (#2) There isn’t a lot here, but the symbolism is rather startling and most fascinating. This is right time to use empty space.

Review: This Texas-set murder mystery comedy does what Only Murders in the Building has done, but worse. There are few laughs and the film’s attempt to make these figures seem genuinely from the area they are in makes it feel grossly otherworldly.
