Review: This design almost works. It’s more compelling in the framework of the teaser trailer than in the poster design. Made up of transcripts of 911 calls, the concept works, but not well enough.

Trailer Rating: B+ / B+

Review: (#1 & #2) The teaser trailer is fascinating. There are no images from the film, but the audience is kept on the edge of its seat hoping to know what happens. The full trailer does a good enough job keeping the momentum going, but it struggles to find a balance that makes the film look exciting.

Oscar Prospects:

There might be a modest push for a nomination for Jake Gyllenhaal, but I doubt it goes anywhere.
