Review: This could be the music-legend documentary of the year. It’s about a true renaissance man in the peace movement and how his music and passion helped change opinions about war.

Oscar Prospects:

I could see this film’s message helping to launch it into Oscar consideration despite the Academy tendency to shy away from rock musician documentaries. Sure, Pete Seeger’s classified as Folk, but to the Academy it’s all the same.
