Review: Stylistically familiar to those who have looked at old 80s horror posters, the pseudo-life-like graphics help make the surreal nature of the subject pop and also confirms for the viewer that they aren’t about to see some highbrow fare.

Trailer Rating: C+

Review: Finally, horror has gotten away from your typical scare-fests and going for more psychological horror. P2, while certainly not looking like it will be a good film, may be the breath of fresh air the genre has needed. After all, who hasn’t been in a parking garage and felt like someone’s watching or following them? It’s a pretty scary place where the movies tell us thugs lurk, so why not go there?

Oscar Prospects:

This year’s Oscar dance card is full, so P2, without significant critical support, is going to be stalled in the garage.
