Review: (#1) It’s simple and that works for the theme, but it doesn’t do a lot to sell the audience. (#2) While it’s less inexpressive than the prior design, it’s got a duller background, making both designs about equivalent in terms of mediocrity.

(#3) It’s about as simplistic as the prior designs, though somehow it feels just a bit warmer.

Trailer Rating: B / B

Review: (#1) The trailer moves with precision, which might seem dull to the audience and that’s the initial impression, but as we slowly come to understand what the film is abut, the subtlety feels significant.

(#2) Without focusing on the same scenes as the prior trailer, the same competent narrative comes through. The film feels like something that could resonate with audiences in a way that other films of its kind could not.

Oscar Prospects:

That early release will hurt the film, but Lesley Manville and Liam Neeson look to be providing strong performances, so it could be an early contender.
