Review: (#1) What is it about posters and wanting Owen Wilson to walk in them. It feels like a trope in itself and the end result is something that’s not particularly glamorous (possibly intentional) or memorable (not intentional).

(#2) It’s a glittering design for a wedding image that doesn’t seem as crucial to the film’s narrative developments as it does to trying to draw in Jennifer Lopez pans. It’s not likely t work well.

Review: While it might be an original concept, the trailer doesn’t present much in the way of originality, forcing itself into staid situational humor and not particularly compelling romantic comedy tropes. The whole thing feels like a paint-by-numbers film, which doesn’t bolster the inventiveness of the premise in the slightest.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
