Review: (#1) The town is here, but richness of detail isn’t. This is a dull, forgettable effort.

(#2) Whether this design is actually drawn or brought together from various stills or film images and then artified, it looks well balanced with some strong selections and color balance even if it doesn’t quite look that well made.

Trailer Rating: C- / C-

Review: (#1) Fans of Adam Sandler aren’t likely to recognize the ableist concept behind this tedious character. The trailer does nothing to give the audience an idea of why this should be seen and while his character needs to be the center of all the lame jokes.

(#2) We get less of the plot in this second attempt to find an audience. The ableism is less prominent, though that doesn’t erase its foundational part of the film itself. There are some cute-adjacent moments, but the whole feels utterly uninspired.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
