Review: (#1) The design has a nice color balance and is picturesque even if there isn’t much to it. (#2) The poor job of Photoshopping this poster is expected once you see the trailer, but it seems unnecessarily noticeable here.

(#3) Modestly colorful, but looks cheap and unappealing. It’s close to being a parody of a Jumanji poster.

(#4) Not unlike most of the other designs, there’s plenty of color, but a lack of creative content. (#5) Like the prior design, this seems to be a weak attempt at a character poster with a bit less creative energy.

Trailer Rating: C+ / C-

Review: (#1) There are some cutesy moments of humor, but this whole trailer looks like an easily dismissed kiddie-fest and that’s probably all one should expect.

(#2) Trying to hew too closely to the original TV series will be a detriment to this film. A childish lack of creativity will also hurt it. While the film is obviously targeted to children, there’s nothing in this trailer that guarantees they will be interested.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
