Universal Pictures has forwarded a retail copy of their animated hit Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.
Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax
Stars: Danny DeVito, Ed Helms, Zac Efron, Taylor Swift, Betty White, Rob Riggle
Director: Chris Renaud
Premise: From IMDb: “A 12-year-old boy searches for the one thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams. To find it he must discover the story of the Lorax, the grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world.”
Oscar Chances: Solid: I’m not 100% certain they’ll earn a Best Animated Feature nomination, but they are a strong contender. However, it’s likely it will be the only category in which they compete unless the original song from the film, “Let It Grow” makes it through.

- Best Adapted Screenplay
- Best Film Editing
- Best Production Design
- Best Sound Mixing
