Long ago (2003), the Hollywood Makeup & Hairstylists Guild gave out awards. From 1999 to 2003, they presented almost this exact list of categories and winners. Yet, all records after 2003 indicate that the precursor vanished. It seems like they are back and while they are interesting, without that historical information, it’s impossible to say how accurate they will end up being.
