The King’s Speech is the only one I haven’t seen. I think I’m gonna love it, but it doesn’t seem the kind of movie with great editing, although with cinema, it’s possible.
But I have seen The Fighter and the editing is not better than 127 Hours or Shutter Island. Let’s hope the academy make the right choice.
I’m sure it wasn’t nominated over 127 Hours. I’m pretty sure The King’s Speech is the ill-fitting one in this group.
Come on Guilds, what’s the deal with The Fighter?, is this gonna be this year’s Precious?
The Fighter is a well made drama, but nominating it for best editing over 127 hours and shutter island is preposterous.
