Precursor: 8th Georgia Critics Nominations (2018)

The Georgia film critics announced their nominations and apart from a lack of love for Vice, they have mainly stuck with the current wisdom on the awards race. The Won’t You Be My Neighbor? citation in Best Picture is a first. If Beale Street Could Talk continues to do better with critics than with the guilds.
