Roman Polanski’s latest film, An Officer and a Spy (J’Accuse in France) pulled in the most nominations with the other Best Film nominees scoring loads of nominations. Matter of fact, unless you got a Best Film nomination, your film didn’t garner more than 3 nominations. Several well received films that competed for the Oscars (Les Miserables, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, I Lost My Body, Atlantics and almost the entire Foreign Language Film slate made an appearance here.
