There are a handful of titles that have been earning the lion’s share of attention this year in terms of their screenplay. The USC Scripter nominations list four of those titles with frequently cited I’m Thinking of Ending Things failing to make the cut over Emmy nominee Bad Education, which will not be eligible for the Oscars and shouldn’t be nominated for film awards anyway. Otherwise, this looks like an accurate representation of the race.
