Precursor: 23rd Online Film & Television Nominations (2018)

A plethora of strong choices, many of them commonplace this awards season, came out of the Online Film & Television Association. Black Panther was the nominations leader with fourteen followed closely by The Favourite, A Star Is Born, and First Man. Several of they year’s prominent contenders didn’t quite make it to the final nominations, but what remained seems to reflect the genuine best of the year, with a few notable exceptions.
