It was a good day for Lone Survivor and Iron Man 3, but a not-so-good day for every other blockbuster out there. Gravity and Iron Man 3 were fairly certain, as has Lone Survivor become, but Inside Llewyn Davis and Captain Phillips weren’t guarantees. Llewyn‘s appearance is a continuing trend for the soundscapes the Coens have gotten several nominations creating. With its focus on music, an Oscar nomination doesn’t seem all that far-fetched.
