The Toronto Film Critics Association has created the most eclectic bunch of winners of the season to date (and likely for the entire season). Toni Erdmann not only won the Best Foreign Language Film prize, it also managed shocking wins in Best Director and Best Actress. Adam Driver snagged his second accolade this year while the rest of the list followed a pattern more consistent with the rest of the season. (NOTE: This post has been updated to include the runners-up and the nominees for Best Canadian Film as well as the date of the ceremony where said honor will be awarded.)
