Precursor: 10th GALECA Nominations (2018)

The Favourite led the 10th annual Dorian Awards, GALECA, the society of LGTBQ film critics. Can You Ever Forgive Me? was the only other film that was LGBTQ-centric that managed to score more than three nominations. Most of their general selections are comparable to other organizations, though the seldom recognized Michelle Yeoh managed to sneak into the Supporting Actress category.
