Last Week’s Results

Another post-Thanksgiving dud arrives at the multiplex earning less than $6 million, an exceptionally low number. It was less than most films do in this frame, but that may be partly because of the amazingly strong holdovers of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and Frozen, which swapped places this week giving the Disney film its only week at #1 as The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug should have no problem stomping them both this coming weekend.
