Review: (#1, C-) Maybe the alligator bit in the movie is funnier than this but the vast whiteness of the background blinds the viewer rather than focusing them on the supposed humor of the situation. (#2, C) Another cheap job of white background with weirdly and poorly arranged figures. At least the white doesn’t consume the figures and details that are in white.

Review: (#1, C) For a comedy, this teaser is notably unfunny. While there are elements that suggest there could be some terrific sight gags, they are cut so poorly into the trailer that it all seems like a trainwreck and not a good one.
(#2, C-) The teaser features nothing about the film itself, which is disappointing, but it does seem a bit funnier than expected with the crew member emerging from the trailer being more compelling than anything that came before it. What a waste. (#3, B-) Meanwhile, learning lessons from where the first trailer failed, this second one puts far more funny moments into the preview while getting across the notion of the film’s premise. While a lot of it still feels forced, there are enough funny moments to potentially make it a hit.
(#4, C) Oddly, by not focusing entirely on a single gag or a series of the, the film almost seems slightly funnier than some of the prior trailers have suggested. The narrative and premise of the film is almost entirely lost, which is a down wide but overall it’s not bad.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
