Review: (#1-#3, C) Although the designs are individually unique, they feel similar enough, using the dusty aesthetic matching the film’s feeling. They take on different aspects of war without feeling connected. Whether that’s intentional or not, none of them stand out as particularly compelling.

(#4-#5, C) There isn’t much difference in these two new posters from the prior ones so there’s not much more to say.

Trailer Rating: B- / C

Review: (#1, B-) If you ever wanted to know what it was like on a battlefield, this movie hopes to convince you that it’s an accurate depiction. The trailer moves slowly and never quite gets to the point where it makes sense as a movie. It looks like an experimental film that will have limited prospects.

(#2, C) The thunder audio motif is the most interesting element to this trailer but it otherwise moves laboriously between images even when presented in a rapid staccato. Ultimately, the first trailer is much more likely to entice than this one is.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
