Review: (#1) This is a rather crass effort and while it somewhat speaks to the film’s subject, it doesn’t do it terribly well and ultimately feels like a crass gimmick. (#2) Beautiful people lounging on a burning yacht. This better exemplifies the subject matter, but still feels overly polished while still looking a bit cheap.

Review: If you know how Ruben Ostlund is, then the reference to his name will certainly pique your interest while giving you plenty of insight into the film’s content. Even if you aren’t familiar with his name, there are some interesting moments here alongside some very droll ones. That alone might help the film find an audience.

Oscar Prospects:

An International Feature nomination is possible. Beyond that, nothing is certain.
