Review: (#1) It’s a nice attempt to use a flash of color to draw one’s attention to the design, but that empty background and obscenely massive title lettering are utterly overbearing.
(#2) A little more visually stimulating than the first design, it’s still not a sufficiently compelling effort and ultimately looks a bit cheap.

Review: (#1) For such an important subject, such a dull trailer this is. There was a moment when the knock came on Emmet’s cousin’s doorway that it seemed like the trailer was about to tick up the enthusiasm, but it settled very quickly in the opposite direction, diminishing the dramatic elements of the narrative in favor of dull simplicity.
(#2) Giving the central character more speech moments is a good move, but the trailer seems to give away the film’s plot in its entirety, which won’t sell the film well.
Oscar Prospects:
This is the kind of subject that, if done well, will ignite passion in the film and turn it into a player. The first trailer has hints of that and if nothing else, it should at least contend in Best Actress.
