Synopsis:
From IMDb: “Three interlocking love stories involving three couples in three cities: Rome, Paris, and New York.”
Poster: B+ / C- / B- (2)
Review: The primary design has an obvious, but well executed motif. You have to watch the trailer to understand why it’s so symbolic. The second design looks like what a standard, uninteresting Hollywood poster design might look like. Meanwhile, the third and fourth are similar to the second, but they act as design bookends with the men on one design and the women on the other.
Trailer: C
Review: What could have been a fascinating premise is instead boiled down to its uninteresting parts and foisted on an unsuspecting audience. That could be the Paul Haggis influence, but I’m beginning to think it’s clueless trailer makers instead.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
