Review: The film may be an compelling take on cheesy romantic comedies, but the poster doesn’t have to be a drab rehash of such affairs.

Trailer: C+

Review: Apart from the utter, off-the-wall crazy on display from Amy Poehler and Paul Rudd, the film hews a little to close to the romantic comedy formula while only presenting a minimal deconstruction of it. Perhaps the film is more astute, but the trailer doesn’t make it seem like that exciting a prospect, other than how absolutely loony it looks, which could be enough.
