Review: (#1) Vaguely reminiscent of scenes frequently depicted in Biblical epics, the staging, construction and visual collection of images is poorly composed and not particularly powerful. (#2) While it’s not very inventive, this poster at least creates a beatifying beauty for the figure of the film that makes her seem otherworldly, which is a boon to the film. (#3) I can’t really say that it doesn’t have its charms. The starkness of the black-and-white image with the simple blue design of Mother Theresa’s garb draws the eye to her and offers up a semi-iconic image.

Trailer Rating: B-

Review: Everything about this trailer screams standard, traditional biopic with nothing particularly compelling to set it apart from others. Only Juliet Stevenson’s performance looks worthy of consideration.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
