Review: (#1) While the hand motif is certainly a core element to the film, it’s a not-so-subtle approach with a lot of empty space that makes it stand out, but not appealingly.

(#2) This Portuguese effort has some interesting motifs that improve upon the loneliness of the prior design, but there’s just not enough there.

Review: (#1) The interesting horror concept that comes out of this film is more fascinating in theory than the provided execution. While there are some elements that might give hope for something more compelling, the end result is a bit lackluster.

(#2) The concept was already compelling and this trailer does an adequate job highlighting some of the horror elements, but apart from that, there’s not enough here to genuinely intrigue.
