Review: (#1) Colors that are infrequently used in poster design deserve praise. Layouts that are too frequently used in poster design do not. This poster has no urgency or excitement. (#2) Where as the prior design at least used a pleasing color palette, this poster is aggressively bland, blues trying to out-dominate the white and failing. The makes the overused structure even less appealing. (#3) While the layout is familiar and not particularly exciting, the colors embolden the design, presenting a warm tone that suggests a fiery passion.

Review: The story is familiar. It’s one we’ve seen in various forms over the years, but the trailer does a decent job highlighting James McAvoy and Alicia Vikander, whose palpable chemistry helps elevate the design and the audience’s interest in seeing the film.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
