Review: How often have we seen similar designs? A perfectly handsome picture inverted into dark, depressing anxiety. I’ll give points for using a pleasing color palette, but it’s otherwise too unoriginal to recommend.

Trailer: C

Review: Holy bad screenplay, Batman. The trailer plays this off as some Edgar Allan Poe creation that feels nothing like the intense, pensive horror Poe wrote. I’m not familiar with this particular story, but with a cast like this, you’d expect a trailer that was far more compelling.
