Review: A dull background with a lone figure doesn’t make for a pleasing visual. Maybe it will entice Jamie Foxx fans to the theater, but the lack of style hinders the design’s success.

Review: (#1) How many times have we seen similar films play out? That this is a remake of a French thriller isn’t surprising. That the fact that it’s a remake isn’t what makes the trailer design fail is disconcerting.

(#2) The film continues to look like a generic dabbling into a genre that’s well past its shelf life. There are certainly differences, but they aren’t very noticeable. It will do well enough selling the film to the target audience.
