Review: The poster makes the film seem more like the traditional vampire flick than it really is. However, it’s still more engaging than many of the other similar poster. Perhaps a bit less spittle would help?

Review: How much more of this can we take? Underworld was already pushing the envelope in the post-Blade era but there have been at least half a dozen films since then that somehow feature vampires and not a single one of them have looked worthy of watching.

Oscar Prospects:

Not if the planet exploded and there was one member left in the Academy and he had made this film would it get chosen.
