Review: (#1) The anonymity aspect, while interesting, doesn’t exactly work in a poster that has little else going for it.
(#2) The large bank of windows in the background dwarfing the characters might make thematic sense if it somehow played into the opposite they are facing, that that remains amorphous.
Trailer Rating: C+

Review: For such an important story, such a dull trailer is not to be expected. Carey Mulligan is wonderful to watch, but in this trailer, she looks like she’s acting in a wholly different film. A film that looks more Movie of the Week than Oscar contender, which is not the expectation.
Oscar Prospects:
This is a potentially big contender. Based on a real Hollywood story about the fallen Harvey Weinstein, it has a lot of social relevance and if it’s a good movie, it would well be a major player.
