Review: Even if you aren’t a huge fan of J.D. Salinger, there is something fascinating in the trailer’s presentation that makes the film look like its trying to make sense of his life when the writer himself was a notorious recluse.

Oscar Prospects:

I haven’t seen a documentary on a literary figure make the Oscar short list, though this one has been earning quite a bit of buzz recently, which could make it a strong contender if critics also get behind it.
