Review: While it’s a lovely landscape, the image is too simple to be more than marginally compelling.

Review: (#1 & #2) The different in style between these two trailers is minimal. The first one went in heavily on the tonality of the music to propel the story forward, but a lot of the potential flaws of the film were more apparent. That musical style is scaled back in the second trailer, which starts off more slowly, attempting to establish the historical stakes of the female protagonist, but then feels like it’s a simple love story with few complications. Neither ultimately sell the film well.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
