Review: Nothing more than a useless pile of bones, this poster encompasses everything about the film without meaning to.
The thought is most definitely to conjure up images of some tribal, ancient foe, but there’s little impressive or interesting about it.

Trailer Rating: C-

Review: The producers want you to focus on its origin in reality. It’s inspired by a true story. So, it’s not necessarily the truth, just a film inspired by it. Is the murderer really a serial killer or just a slasher. This preview points towards the latter which doesn’t make it nearly as intriguing as it might otherwise be.

Oscar Prospects:

As long as there are horror films, they will continue to be largely ignored by the Academy.
