Review: (#1, C+) For a western, this design sure doesn’t make it seem that way. The colors are a mash-up of horror and action design tropes while the slashes add nothing of value. Still, at least the film’s premise is gotten across decently well.

Review: (#1, C) What would happen if you took a Liam Neeson late-career action thriller and ported it into a period western environment with a female lead? You would get something like this. The generic western tropes are there, as is some of the violence of a thriller, but there seems to be no intrigue on display and the end result makes a film that looks like it wants to be everything but can’t find a path to any of it.
