Review: (#1) This design makes you wonder if the designer pulled the image colors from the cheesy MSWord color selections or if the color options informed the design. Either way, it’s an ugly design that has little going for it. (#2) The attempt to create a sense of place is ruined by the rain coming from everywhere with a seeming blue sky behind it. Had the primary cloud been the source of the rain, it could have made more sense of the simplistic nature of the design hadn’t felt like it was already lost, especially under such a massive title font.

Trailer Rating: C+

Review: It’s a shame that Lili Taylor has disappeared from cinema in the years since her energetic emergence in the early 1990s. This trailer does nothing to support its own declaration of Taylor’s potency as an actor with a hamfisted drama of dull theatrics.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
