Review: Perhaps the over-zealousness of the American theme (flags, the Statue of Liberty, star in the A) alongside the soccer ball of greed and the New York skyline are a bit much, but in a bizarre way, the poster wraps up nicely many of the overriding themes of the film.

Trailer Rating: C+

Review: This documentary explores the late 70s soccer phenomenon surrounding the New York Cosmos. It appears to focus on the scandals plaguing the team and its rise to fame which could either be intriguing or tedious.

Oscar Prospects:

This could be a contender for the Best Documentary Feature nomination but a win is out of the question. It doesn’t have enough social relevance to win.
