Review: A cheap purple background doesn’t embellish the foreground content very well, which is very on-the-nose when it comes to the film’s premise.

Review: Apart from the utterly generic exorcism premise, the ’80s spoof conceit helps elevate the material slightly, though the trailer doesn’t quite make the case for something truly visionary.
