Review: (#1, C+) The face in the clouds is poorly executed and that hinders the design’s chances of being appreciated. The cabin and the figures on top of it at least establish the film’s conceits well enough but ultimately the title and and other bits pull together in something that doesn’t feel tonally consistent.

Review: (#1, C-) Unable to resuscitate Mel Gibson’s career, dumbing down his image for kids and pre-teens won’t be served well by a trailer as uninteresting as this. Even with the light horror and thriller elements, it looks like a terrible Stranger Things riff and audiences aren’t likely to turn out for that.
