Review: (#1) The central image isn’t one that is immediately familiar to audiences, thus making this utterly bland design pointless. (#2) We still have the dull white background to blind us with this design, but it has a lot of creative energy and detail that make it a bit more appealing.

Review: Whether this film was in production before A Quiet Place‘s first trailer was released or was a direct response to that, the film now faces an uphill battle for appreciation thanks to its seemingly unoriginal premise. That said, the trailer does a modest job setting expectations as a truly silent horror film, rather than the mostly quiet Quiet Place. That doesn’t mean it sounds like a great movie, the trailer doesn’t give that impression, but at least it gives just enough impression that it could be original.
