Review: Siblings John and Joan Cusack are back together again in a comic drama about a man trying to love an adopted child who no one else seems to want. There are some eerie resemblances to I Am Sam in the preview that make me worry that this will be another character drama with too much saccharine. Hopefully the film goes through a title change otherwise it might be a non-starter out of the gate.

Oscar Prospects:

If this film takes off in its October launch and earns enough critical support, Cusack could get his first-ever nomination.
