Synopsis:

From IMDb: “Neddie Nerfhoffer has a dream. Living on the planet Civis 3, the cultural center of a distant galaxy, Neddie dreams of helping to fight a tyrannical warlord who threatens to enslave all free planets. Review: I’ve often felt that Doogal is bar none the worst animated feature ever made. I have a sneaking suspicion that this one might be worse.
