Review: The third time this year is not a charm. Another animated back drop for flesh-and-blood characters. The use of red for the sky backdrop is interesting only in that it’s different than the standard blue. Otherwise, there’s little of interest with this.

Trailer Rating: B+

Review: The trailer, however, is charming and interesting. It plays well with its story revealing only enough to entice the audience but promising a great deal of humorous tension, which is what we expect in this kind of movie.

Oscar Prospects:

I don’t see the Academy picking this film up and running with it. The premise, while interesting, doesn’t speak deep enough into the hearts of the Academy’s more emotional branch and speaks too deep for the remainder.
