Review: This painting aesthetic has been tried before and it’s seldom done well. This is another example of how to make something that feels lifeless while it is supposed to be looking scary.

Review: The trailer certainly makes the case for this being something of a watershed film. Few horror films are centered around LGBTQ characters and fewer still are possession stories where most of the protagonists are women. The preview does a solid job convincing the viewer that they want to give the film a chance.
