Review: (#1, C+) The trailer obfuscates a lot of the most interesting elements to the film’s premise, that of being set in an old plantation home in the deep south during what appears to be a quasi-futuristic setting that can take advantage of the slave-owning history of the locale. It ends up feeling like a generic, claustrophobic haunted house film and that’s not a boost to its potential.
