Review: It’s an interesting, reflected symbolism that gets at the heart of the film’s plot, but feels visually inorganic. It’s a design that doesn’t excite and doesn’t exactly flow.

Trailer: B+

Review: It isn’t precisely heart-tugging, but it hints at there being such moments within. This story looks fairly common, but enacted with a focus on realism that might make it a better fit. It’s definitely a superior effort for the likes of Aaron Paul who seems to do a fine job in smaller roles.

Oscar Prospects:

I doubt it will play well with Oscar, but if critics fall all over it, they could make it a contender with their year-end awards.
