Review: This South Africa-set drama looks like it’s trying to trade on gangster motifs to sell itself as a unique vision of how the end of Colonialism has inadvertently created a vacuum of power that is far more dangerous. The trailer does a satisfactory job conveying this, but also feels jumbled and meandering.
