Review: If you can tell me that this poster actually makes you want to see this movie, then I’m going to accuse you of being a publicist for the film or having a financial interest in its success.

Trailer: B

Review: As off-putting as the poster is, the trailer is mostly charming and has some quiet bits of humor that paint this as a more serious film and not one aimed at a mass audience. That isn’t such a bad thing.

Oscar Prospects:

It’s not exactly a slight comedy, but Nicole Holofcener hasn’t gained traction with the Academy. I can’t really see a scenario where the film makes much of an impact.
