Review: (#1) A bland backdrop, lots of lettering and only a hint of an image. It doesn’t say anything about the film unless you have seen the trailer and that’s not helpful.
(#2) It’s nice to see a more lifelike design, though the colors are a bit overbearing. The layout and image choices, some being just closeups of others, aren’t very interesting.
Trailer Rating: B+

Review: The trailer successfully lays out the stakes of its premise and they are starkly dangerous and explore the fears of the Black community in a situation they are not responsible for.
Oscar Prospects:
Oscar voters might cross over on this, but I suspect the film might only figure into the Spirit Awards and some critics prizes.
